  <strong>食譜原料:<br />
  山藥150克,草蝦仁150克,紅辣椒1根,香菇2朵,蔥1根,酒、鹽各半茶匙,高湯2大匙,太白粉水1茶匙,香油少許。</strong><br />

  製作方法:<br />
  <strong>1、將草蝦仁去腸泥,切開背部,山藥、香菇切丁,紅辣椒切片備用。<br />
  2、燒一鍋水,除了紅辣椒,將所有材料分別燙熟。鍋中放一大匙橄欖油將辣椒、蔥爆香,再放入材料及調味炒拌均勻即可。</strong><br />
