鹽焗蝦的做法步驟<br />
<strong>1. 準備所需材料。<br />
2. 將蝦用牙籤挑出蝦線,然後洗淨。<br />
3. 加入鹽焗雞粉和鹽。<br />
4. 將蝦和鹽焗雞粉拌勻,醃製5分鐘。<br />
5. 然後放入盤內。<br />
6. 將蝦放入微波爐大火加熱3分鐘,取出把盤內的水份倒掉,再大火1分鐘即可。<br />

小貼士<br />
<strong>鹽焗雞粉本身是很鹽,不加鹽也可以。我加了1克,覺得鹽了一小點。<br />
加熱時不要蓋蓋子,讓水份蒸發掉,這樣蝦才幹香干香的。</strong><br />
