<strong>主料<br />
椰絲110克蛋清2個<br />
白砂糖20克奶粉20克<br />
低筋麵粉20克<br />

輔料<br />
檸檬1厚片</strong><br />

蛋白椰絲酥的做法步驟<br />
<strong>1. 把椰絲、砂糖、奶粉、麵粉放大碗裡混合均勻;<br />
2. 備好蛋清;<br />
3. 把蛋清倒入椰絲拌勻;<br />
4. 擠上檸檬汁混合;<br />
5. 取適量椰絲放到手心握緊,成球狀,再依次排入鋪烘焙紙的烤盤中;<br />
6. 入預熱烤箱180度,烤15分鐘左右;(時間僅供參考)<br />
7. 至表面金黃即可~注意火候不要烤焦了~~<br />
