<strong>食材:魚,蔥姜蒜,各種調料</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1.魚清理乾淨,用料酒、鹽醃15-20分鐘,備用;蔥切片,備用;大蒜拍碎,備用;<br />
2.鍋中放油燒熱,放魚並且兩側都煎黃,之後將魚盛出。再在鍋中放入花椒爆香,去掉花椒粒後再放蔥姜蒜、醬油、醋、料酒、糖、鹽,同時加入適量的清水。燒開後把魚重新入鍋,用中火燉半小時即可出鍋食用。</strong><br />
