  <strong>食材:鴨脖800g、酸菜250g、姜10g、蒜10g、蔥15g、干辣椒7個、老抽3ml、生抽5ml、黃酒5ml、鹽3g、腐乳5g、食用油適量、高湯適量</strong><br />

  做法:<br />
  <strong>1.鴨脖清洗乾淨,焯水後洗去浮末,切成小段備用;<br />
  2.鍋中放油,燒熱後放入蔥、姜、蒜、辣椒爆香,接著再倒入酸菜翻炒。放入鴨脖、黃酒、老抽、生抽翻炒至顏色均勻,再倒入高湯、加入腐乳大火燒開,用小火燜至湯汁收干後放入適量的食鹽,調味後即可食用。</strong><br />
