紅燒魚

<strong>食材:魚,酒、蔥、蒜、辣椒豬油、調味料各少許</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1.魚去鱗片以及內臟後清洗乾淨,然後在魚身上抹鹽以及各種調味品,然後放在盆中醃製30-60分鐘。蔥、蒜清洗乾淨,備用;<br />
2.鍋中放入適量的豬油,燒熱後再放魚,用慢火或中火交替煎魚,等到魚變得金黃色之外再裝碟備用。鍋中繼續放油,燒熱後放入蔥白以及蒜片爆香,接著再放入豆瓣醬、料酒、老抽、醋等調味料勾成汁。<br />
3.把盤中的魚放進去,燜約十多分鐘左右即可食用。<br />
