<strong>食材:</strong>番茄300g、海鴨蛋1個、橄欖油適量、鹽適量、雜菜適量、蔥花適量、白酒適量、雞精適量、白米飯適量<br />

<strong>做法:</strong><br />

1)番茄洗凈後在沸水中燙一下去皮<br />

2)切成丁<br />
<br />
3)準備雜菜,海鴨蛋,米飯<br />
<br />
4)鴨蛋磕入碗中,加入蔥花,鹽和滴入幾滴白酒打勻<br />
<br />
5)鍋內倒入橄欖油,溫油倒入番茄煸香之後加入雜菜<br />
<br />
6)加入鹽煸炒均勻<br />
<br />
7)加入米飯煸炒均勻後加入適量的雞精調味熄火,盛入碗中待涼<br />
<br />
8)先把鍋中燒熱,倒入底油,油溫7分熱轉小火倒入蛋液做成蛋皮<br />
<br />
9)把飯均勻的鋪在蛋皮上<br />

10)卷起切段<br />
