生菜牛肉包飯

<strong>食材:</strong>米飯200克、牛肉(裏脊)200克、生菜200克、烤肉醬(牛肉用)45克、黑芝麻適量、韓式辣醬適量、油15毫升<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:</strong><br />
<br />
1)將牛肉洗凈切成片,加入大喜大烤肉醬攪拌均勻,腌制15-20分鐘;<br />
<br />
2)生菜洗凈撕開備用;<br />
<br />
3)洋蔥洗凈,切成細條備用<br />
<br />
4)鍋燒熱,放入油,七成熱後放入腌好的牛肉翻炒,待肉變色後,加入洋蔥翻炒2分鐘後,盛入盤中。<br />
<br />
5)將生菜鋪入盤中,放上一片牛肉,再將用模具壓好的米飯放在上面,澆上辣醬和黑芝麻即可食用。<br />
