清蒸鱸魚

用料<br />
<strong>鱸魚1 條(處理乾淨)<br />
大蔥1 段<br />
姜3片<br />
紅菜椒20g<br />
黃菜椒20g<br />
料酒15ml<br />
油20ml<br />
白胡椒粉5g<br />
蒸魚豉油30ml</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1. 鱸魚洗淨,調入料酒和白胡椒粉醃15 分鐘。<br />
2. 大蔥、鮮姜、紅菜椒和黃菜椒分別切成細絲,盛入碗中用冷水浸泡,備用。<br />
3. 醃好的鱸魚切段盛盤,移至蒸鍋蒸制5-8 分鐘,成熟後取出,澆上蒸魚豉油,再撒上各種菜絲。<br />
4. 將油燒熱至八成熱,用勺子將熱油淋在鱸魚段上即可。</strong><br />
