香菇油飯

<strong>食材:</strong>鮮香菇 7朵、大米400g、蝦皮 5g、白砂糖 2茶匙、料酒1湯匙、生抽4茶匙、草菇老抽1湯匙、油適量<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:</strong><br />
<br />
1)準備好食材。烹飪前先將大米洗凈放入電飯鍋內煮熟,同時可以將料酒、特級金標生抽、草菇老抽和白砂糖調成調味汁,鮮香菇洗凈後切小塊。<br />
<br />
2)鍋內油熱後,放入香菇塊和蝦皮翻炒,再加入調味汁,小火煮5分鐘左右,等到大部分汁收幹便可以關火了。<br />
<br />
3)盛出煮好的米飯,和香菇汁攪拌在一起,就準備開動吧!<br />
