清蒸鮑魚

<strong>食材:鮑魚200克,鹽5克、料酒10克、小蔥10克、味精2克、姜30克、醋20克、花椒5克、醬油15克、香油5克</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1.鮑魚處理乾淨,然後在兩面剞上斜直刀由中間切開,備用;蔥姜洗淨,蔥切條,姜一半切末,而另一半則切片備用;<br />
2.處理好的鮑魚擺盤中,加料酒、味精、湯100毫升、蔥條、薑片、花椒和鹽後上屜蒸。十分鐘時間後取出,揀出蔥、姜、花椒。<br />
3.在碗內加入醋、醬油、薑末、香油兌成薑汁,食用的時候將薑汁與鮑魚一起上桌蘸薑汁吃。<br />
