天婦羅飯團

<strong>食材:</strong>江米250g、大米250g、蝦300g、黑芝麻5g、白芝麻5g、烤海苔1片、雞蛋2個、面粉100g、澱粉100g、鹽0.2g、油適量、壽司醋50ml<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:</strong><br />
<br />
1)蝦去頭去蝦線,去外衣留尾,用剪刀剪去腹部的筋使其變直。<br />
<br />
2)用雞蛋液和面粉、澱粉一起勾制天婦羅液。<br />
<br />
3)蝦沾上面粉。<br />
<br />
4)蘸天婦羅液。<br />
<br />
5)放油鍋裏炸至酥脆撈出備用。<br />
<br />
6)黑白芝麻各半,清洗幹凈,放在炒鍋裏焙熟備用。<br />
<br />
7)江米和大米混合蒸熟,裝在容器裏,拌入壽司醋鹽,加入炒熟的芝麻。<br />
<br />
8)取保鮮膜,在保鮮膜上鋪上調制好的米飯,然後把炸好的蝦放在上面。<br />
<br />
9)裹成飯團,團緊,免得散開,然後把烤海苔剪成長條,在制作好的飯團身上纏一下。<br />
<br />
10)制作好的飯團寶寶們。最後一個黑的我把飯團放在芝麻裏滾了一下,吃起來好香啊。<br />
