  <strong>食材:干茶樹菇、姜蒜蔥白、紅辣椒、五花肉</strong><br />

  做法;<br />
  <strong>1.將干茶樹菇在清水中浸泡一小時,濾淨微沙後備用;姜蒜蔥白清洗乾淨,且算後備用;<br />
  2.用姜蒜蔥白以及紅辣椒熗鍋,然後放入五花肉爆香,放入適量的料酒後再加入茶樹菇翻炒。<br />
  3.最後放入一碗清水,蓋上鍋蓋燜至肉塊綿軟即可出鍋食用。</strong><br />
