  <strong>食材:鮑魚,蒜蓉,美極鮮,料酒,鹽</strong><br />

  做法:<br />
  <strong>1.鮑魚從鮑殼上剝下,去掉腸肚後加鹽搓洗一下,徹底沖洗乾淨後再用刷子刷洗一下。<br />
  2.鍋中加油,燒熱後放入蒜蓉爆香,接著再放入鹽、美極鮮、雞精、糖等調味料。之後將鮑肉放入鮑殼中,澆上汁後放入鍋中大火蒸七八分鐘時間,即可食用。</strong><br />
