做法<br />
<strong>1. 將鮮海蝦洗淨剪去長鬚,盛入碗中料酒、生抽、大蒜粉、胡椒粉、大蔥段和鮮薑片醃製1小時,備用。<br />
2. 醃好的海白蝦從碗中取出瀝淨醃料,用錫紙包好,待用。<br />
3. 取炒鍋一隻無水無油狀,加入海鹽和百里香炒熱,將錫紙包好的蝦盛入烤皿中,倒入炒熱的海鹽將其覆蓋,放入提前預熱至180度的烤箱中烤8分鐘即可。</strong><br />
