藝人六月(蔡君茹)懷孕期間只胖5.6公斤,產後10天火速瘦回48公斤,她坦言自己是易胖體質,日前過生日還因為吃得太多,長胖了2公斤,但才短短幾天,又瘦了下來。她4日出席唇膏站台活動時分享養胎不養肉秘訣,透露自己懷孕期間什麼都吃,而產後甩油有1樣東西一定要少吃。<br />

六月3月過生日,連吃3天大餐,攝取鹽分過多,導致體重狂飆2公斤,為了瘦回原本的體重,她嚴格實行<font color="Red">「戒鹽」</font>減肥法,減少鹽分的攝取量,連肉片也得先涮過清湯,才能下肚。她教大家用高麗菜熬製清湯,燉煮半小時即可,如果煮得太久,蔬果的養分會流失,切記不要加大骨,因為大骨的成分太過營養,容易發胖。<br />
