臉書私訊進攻視訊 小圓球多工再升級

<p>費盡千辛萬苦，利誘威脅下，臉書的通訊軟體FB
Messenger終於普及在用戶端的手機桌面上。這一切的努無不朝向為數龐大的暗社群資料量，以及拉進使用者距離。儘管下載量已經居高不下，臉書仍然沒
有放棄改變的機會，如今他們即將攜手旗下的Dropbox和視訊服務，要將視窗上的小泡泡再次進化。</p><p><br></p>

<p>意識到通訊軟體作為多工處理平台起點的可能性，各大通訊服務品牌近年來皆致力於平台的多功能整合。包括Line已經將遊戲、行動影音、電子商務等整
合為一，目標要取得app做為行動端全能入口的地位。而臉書所擁有的資源更多，包括Instagram,
Dropbox以及更龐大的使用者基數等，不但要將社群網站的電子商務和廣告業務加入Messenger中，近日也即將把Dropbox的服務放進畫面上
的小泡泡。</p><p><br></p><p>不僅如此，原本較為使用者詬病的視訊服務，如今也將變形整合到螢幕上的小圓圈裡。這項改變影響最大的莫過於解放螢幕，讓消費者能同時處理其他事
項，畢竟視訊重點並不在於對方的畫面大小，而僅在於存在感，透過縮限顯示範圍，加入更多檔案傳送型式，使用者就能避開畫面切換之苦，這也是FB
Messenger在介面設計上最大的優勢。</p>

<p>這項改變影響最大的還有處處受威脅的email服務，千禧世代後有許多人已經不使用電子郵件，甚至從來沒有使用過相關服務，在臉書，Line和
Slack上就能解決的事情太多，如今Messenger再加入Dropbox的擴充功能，email變得更像是一種正經行事的代表，對照多年前電子郵件
崛起時，手寫信件才算正式的年代，讓人不勝唏噓。而Dropbox的成長動能也可望透過此項改變，得已再度升級。</p>
