菠菜海鮮豆腐羹的做法<br />
<strong>1. Jumbo蝦仁橫劈洗淨沙線(背上一根通常超市會處理乾淨,還有肚子上一根,p股上半根);魚肉切塊;一起用白酒生薑澱粉和鹽抓一抓<br />
2. 起鍋,油溫的時候把很細的薑絲放下去炒<br />
3. 魚蝦快炒盛起<br />
4. 同一個鍋子下豆腐和菠菜碎,加小半碗水,加蓋<br />
5. 水開後把魚蝦倒回去,煮一小會兒,鹽和胡椒調味</strong><br />
