<strong>紅皮嫩馬鈴薯225克,洗淨,低脂美乃滋(沙律醬)2湯匙,低脂酸奶(酸奶酪)2湯匙,萊姆(青檸)皮1個,磨碎,冬蔥2根,切薄片,糖莢豌豆 225克,切片,無籽紅葡萄1/2杯,全部對切,無籽綠葡萄1/2杯,全部對切,水田芥45克,洗淨,芝麻菜2杯,洗淨,鹽和胡椒少許,熟龍蝦肉454克</strong><br />

萊姆醬龍蝦沙拉的做法<br />
<strong>1.馬鈴薯放入鍋中,注入沸水直到蓋住全部馬鈴薯,煮至變軟,約15分鐘。瀝乾,待溫度稍降後將馬鈴薯對切。<br />
2.美乃滋、酸奶和萊姆皮混合均勻,用鹽和胡椒調味,做成萊姆醬,備用。<br />
3.冬蔥、糖莢豌豆、葡萄和萊姆醬與馬鈴薯拌勻。先把芝麻菜放到碟子上,然後是水田芥、馬鈴薯沙拉及龍蝦肉。</strong><br />
