<strong>材料</strong><br />
<br />
雞蛋3顆、鮮奶2大匙、無鹽奶油2大匙、起司絲50公克<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
<br />
鹽 1/4茶匙<br />
<br />
<strong>作法</strong><br />
<br />
1 雞蛋加入鮮奶和鹽,混合拌勻勻備用。<br />
<br />
2 熱平底鍋,加入無鹽奶油,以小火加熱至奶油融化。<br />
<br />
3 將作法1的蛋液倒入作法2熱鍋中。<br />
<br />
4 開小火,用平鍋鏟將蛋液用推的方式鏟動,讓蛋呈片狀慢慢凝固。<br />
<br />
5 至蛋開始凝固,撒上起司絲,推至成型即可盛盤。
