材料:<br />
<strong>鮮墨魚300克,水發魷魚300克,油菜心8棵,泡椒汁5克,薑汁5克,蒜汁5克,白糖3克,白醋2克,鹽、味精各適量,料酒20克,油100克,胡椒粉3克,番茄醬25克,水澱粉、雞湯各適量。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、鮮墨魚、水發魷魚去頭尾,直刀、斜刀交叉切(不可切透),在改刀
