&nbsp; &nbsp; 1.牛肉切成大塊,入清水中浸泡兩個小時,把血水泡干淨。<br />

&nbsp; &nbsp; 15.沾料的口感都可以根據自己的喜好,我放了點生抽、辣椒油、雞精和胡椒粉,再加上油淋好的姜蒜末就OK了。<br />

菜譜小貼士:<br />
<br />
1、可以用黃醬,但我沒用過,也沒買到,就改成黃豆醬了。<br />
2、具體煮牛肉的時間看個人的口感,喜歡有嚼勁少煮一下,喜歡軟就多煮一下,煮好的牛肉不用馬上拿出來,可以在湯汁里泡幾個小時再取出來切片食用。<br />
3、我沒有把肉的味道做得重,因爲味淡還可以調整,味重就沒有辦法啦,而且我們還有美味的沾料呢。<br />
