  <strong>主料:挪威三文魚淨肉300克<br />
  輔料:生薑2片 日式姜2塊 紫蘇葉或生菜葉 ,黃瓜花,番芫荽,日本綠芥末膏<br />
  調料:日本濃口醬油各適量</strong><br />

  日式三文魚生魚片的做法<br />
  <strong>1、三文魚淨肉切成厚約3毫米的片,呈扇形疊擺在鋪有紫蘇葉的盤中;生薑切細末;日式姜切成片狀,浸泡在冰水中備用。<br />
  2、把切好的薑末撒在盤中生魚片上,在魚片旁邊擺上瀝淨水分的日式薑片,並用黃瓜花、番芫荽稍加點綴。<br />
  3、將日本綠芥末膏擠在一個味碟內,再把日本濃口醬油裝入另一個味碟內,然後隨裝好盤的生魚片一同上桌,即成。</strong><br />
