  <strong>形狀可愛,外表鮮美香脆,內裡嫩爽無比。巧手製造只只像琵琶一樣的大蝦,擺在白盤中,對著它坐個半晌,再一口一口細心品著,真有回味無窮的萬般滋味啊。</strong><br />

  用料:<br />
  <strong>蝦 9只<br />
  雞蛋 1枚<br />
  面包屑 適量<br />
  鹽 1茶匙(5g)<br />
  麵粉 適量<br />
  油 500ml<br />

  做法:<br />
  <strong>1. 蝦洗淨,去皮留尾,挑去蝦線,從中間劈開成扇形抹少量鹽。<br />
  2. 處理好的蝦用蛋清浸泡。<br />
  3. 用蛋黃和麵粉調成糊,蝦裹糊後蘸面包屑。油加熱至8成熱時,放入蝦炸至金黃色即可。</strong><br />

  小貼士:<br />
  <strong>1. 吃的時候加醬油白蘿蔔末,更好味。<br />
