這道什錦海鮮做起來非常容易,鮮辣適度,真是美味又簡單。<br />

材料<br />
<strong>什錦海鮮(冰凍什錦海鮮半袋就行了也可以用蛤肉替代)200克,蘆筍2只,紅椒小半隻,黃椒小半隻,蔥2條,大蒜5粒,XO醬1大匙,料酒1大匙,耗油半大匙,高湯3大匙,澱粉1小匙</strong><br />

XO醬什錦海鮮的做法<br />
<strong>1.蘆筍切段,什錦海鮮自然解凍後分別投入滾水中汆燙一下撈出用冷水沖涼,控干水份備用。<br />
2.紅黃椒切片,蔥切蔥花,蒜切小片。把調味料通通攪拌均勻成兌汁待用。<br />
3.炒鍋中加一匙素油燒熱,爆香蔥花蒜片,放入燙過的海鮮與蘆筍,炒勻。烹入兌汁翻炒幾下,待湯汁均勻包裹住材料就起鍋。</strong><br />
