春節是團聚的時刻,但因預期過年必然面對親朋好友的「關心詢問」而焦慮的人也不少,開業診所精神科醫師楊聰財表示,因過年而提前感到壓力的患者較平常增2成,病患症狀輕則感到焦慮,重則產生恐慌及自律神經失調,除了建議尋求專業醫師幫助,也可採取適度遠離或調整壓力源,以及運動等方法來減輕症狀。<br />

<font size="2">因即將過年而產生重度焦慮的人,可能會有失眠、換氣過度等症狀。</font><br />
<br />
楊聰財醫師舉例,曾有患者在過年前至精神科就診,拜託醫師開立診斷證明,說明患者本身有人際壓力症候群,春節期間最好出國度假,無法拜訪各位親友,希望完全逃避與親友的相處。<br />
楊聰財解釋,幾乎每年都有因為過年而感到壓力的患者,症狀輕者為感到焦慮,對人際關係敏感出現社交畏懼的現象,重者則是會產生恐慌或合併自律神經失調,出現像肌肉緊繃、坐立難安、失眠,甚至是換氣過度送急診的狀況。<br />

楊聰財醫師表示,造成患者的壓力源通常是來自面臨工作、婚姻的比較,或是婆媳、妯娌關係等等,而曾經患有焦慮疾病的患者,例如廣泛型焦慮症,或是畏避型人格特質的人,更容易因為過年要面對親友的關心詢問而發病。<br />

如果患者的焦慮程度已達產生睡眠障礙、恐慌或合併自律神經失調、影響正常生活的程度,楊聰財醫師建議,可找精神科醫師協助評估,看是否可開立一些能改善症狀的藥物給患者服用。<br />

<strong>適當遠離壓力</strong><br />
楊聰財建議,若發現自己對於春節交際真的感到困擾不已,也可選擇出國度假,但不要完全躲避親友,可在一年中的其他日子,以寄Email、個別拜訪等方式,來與親友互動。<br />

<strong>調整自身心態</strong><br />
醫師提醒,患者會產生這些症狀,最主要是想法及情緒過度敏感、經常做災難式想像所致,建議尋求精神科醫師的意見,調整自己對壓力源的感受,或是做放鬆訓練,都能緩解焦慮症狀。<br />

<strong>運動幫助放鬆</strong><br />
此外,運動能夠幫助放鬆,楊聰財醫師指出,運動可使腦部增加胺多酚的分泌,胺多酚又稱腦內嗎啡,可使心情變得愉悅、減輕焦慮,建議每人每周至少運動3次,每次運動至少30分鐘,心跳每分鐘達130下。<br />
