若妳不喜歡喝水,只喜歡吃精致美食,未攝取適當的纖維質,長期這樣導致腸道蠕動遲緩,使得腸內大便變得乾燥堅硬,造成排便排除困難。<br />

油脂好像扮演腸道潤滑劑的角色,可讓糞便順利通過並排便。女性常因愛美因減肥而只吃水煮食物,糞便中毫無油脂,很可能就會産生便秘。這時候可以適量攝取油脂,用橄榄油炒菜等方式,或直接吃一些保健食品如深海魚油等,藉由這些油的潤滑,達到排便順暢的目的。<br />

<strong><font color="Red">3丶菌類</font></strong><br />

適量食用黑木耳丶銀耳丶金針菇丶猴頭菇丶香菇等富含硒菌類,都是非常好的清腸食物,可以活化消化功能,成功分解不被消化留下的東西。<br />
