<font size="2">平常用眼過度,不僅會造成眼睛痠澀,還容易加重黑眼圈。</font><br />
<br />
通宵熬夜、看電視和玩電動,常會造成用眼過度,使眼睛乾澀、疲勞,開業中醫師吳明珠表示,中醫認為肝臟的精氣通於目竅,也就是說視力的強弱和肝是有直接關係的;若熬夜會使肝血不足,易使眼睛疲勞,眼周的血液循環也會變差,容易引起黑眼圈、近視度數加深、肩頸痠痛、頭痛等症狀。<br />
<br />
建議放假多外出踏青,避免整天沈迷影音娛樂造成用眼過度,且維持作息規律、避免熬夜,盡量在晚上11~12點前就寢,另外,每用眼50分鐘至1小時,最好就休息5分鐘,可透過簡單的眼周穴位按摩,放鬆眼部肌肉、促進血液循環,幫助消除眼睛疲勞。 <br />
<br />
<strong>護眼法</strong><br />
可先洗淨臉部和雙手,再擦上眼霜幫助潤滑,不過,若眼睛發炎或受傷,就不宜再進行。 <br />

<font color="Blue"><strong>按摩上下眼眶</strong></font><br />
<strong>做法:</strong>輕閉雙眼,以食指和中指的指腹,由眼角沿著上眼眶輕向外推至眼尾,<br />
再由眼角沿著下眼眶輕向外推至眼尾,重複至少35次效果較佳,也可一天分多次按。<br />
<br />
<strong>功效:</strong>眼眶周圍有許多護眼穴位,可幫助血液循環,舒緩眼睛乾澀。<br />
<br />
<strong>提醒:</strong>輕按至稍微有點痠麻的感覺即可,不要太過用力按到痛。<br />

<strong>做法:</strong>雙手手掌互相摩擦至發熱,將手掌拱起,輕輕覆蓋雙眼,眼球分別以順時針、逆時針各轉10圈。<br />

<strong>功效:</strong>運動眼球,減緩眼睛疲勞感。<br />
<br />
<strong>提醒:</strong>雙手覆蓋眼睛時,避免壓迫到眼球。<br />
