農曆過年連假在即,少不了要大肆逛街,瘋狂血拚一番,不過走路走太久難免會兩腳痠痛,中醫師余雅雯表示,要改善雙腳過度勞累引起的痠痛不適,其實不用特地去花錢按摩,自己在家就可揉捏敲打兩腿外側的膽經,以及按壓腿部的三陰交與承山兩個穴位,並且趁著洗澡時可用熱水泡腳,都有助於促進血液循環、消除痠痛。<br />

余雅雯醫師提到,走路過久大腿肌肉用力過度,容易在兩腿堆積代謝廢物,還有可能導致腰痠疼痛,雖然休息兩三天可以緩解,但透過敲擊兩腿外側膽經,可加速血液循環,排出體內堆積代謝物,進而改善兩腿痠痛,另外,配合按壓三陰交、承山穴可舒緩小腿緊繃僵硬,建議可在洗完澡時先泡腳,擦乾後再敲打按摩,血液循環效果更佳。<br />

<strong>【這樣按】外側膽經</strong><br />
<strong>位置:</strong>雙手下垂從中指往下沿線至膝蓋位置。<br />
<strong>按摩:</strong>握拳敲打,從上到下算1次,持續3~5次,建議敲完一邊後再換邊敲打,以免同時敲打兩邊不易施力。<br />
<strong>功效:</strong>促進腿部血液循環,改善痠麻疼痛。<br />

<strong>位置:</strong>腳踝內側往上約3指寬處。<br />
<strong>按壓:</strong>可用大拇指按壓約20~30下,再換另一邊按壓。<br />
<strong>功效:</strong>可以通經絡祛風濕,改善小腿痠麻。<br />
