面包焗咖喱雞

<strong>主料:雞腿肉100g;日式咖喱30-40g;土豆100g;白面包少量;<br />
輔料:紅尖椒2只;椰漿50mg;黑胡椒、西香菜、黃油、鹽、黃油、白酒各少許。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、雞腿肉改刀,依個人喜好切小塊或條狀皆可;<br />
2、 紅尖椒去頭尾、去籽後,切細末,和食鹽、黑胡椒一起加入雞肉中,充分拌勻後醃製30分鐘備用;<br />
3、 土豆切丁,放入開水中煮至酥而不爛時即撈出;<br />
4、白面包去外皮後,切成小薄片粒;平底鍋中放小許黃油,待油融化後倒入面包粒,炒至金黃色盛出;<br />
5、 取廚房紙巾,吸去煎炒過的面包粒上多餘的油分;<br />
6、 平底鍋中放入黃油,用刀刮入少量日式咖喱,加水將咖喱逐漸調勻,可依口味撒入少許紅辣椒調味;<br />
7、取容器盛入煮熟的土豆粒和面包粒,倒入咖喱湯汁,充分攪拌,最後撒少許西香菜配色調味;<br />
8、 平底鍋中放入黃油、西香菜,倒入雞肉煎炒,其間噴少許白酒去腥調味。待雞肉煎熟後盛出;<br />
9、 平底鍋內放少量水,刮入適量咖喱並攪拌均勻,再加入少許椰漿調味;倒入雞肉拌炒,使每塊雞肉皆被濃湯汁充分包裹;<br />
10、擺盤。用蘆葦葉等綠葉圈成圓形,先放入土豆面包作底,再用竹籤串起雞肉和面包置於其上即成。</strong><br />
