薑絲炒大腸

大腸、薑絲 、蘇打粉、蒜末、辣椒、油、米酒、鹽。<br />

料理做法:<br />
1.大腸蘇打粉洗淨川燙切段。<br />
2.炒鍋爆香蒜末、辣椒、薑絲。<br />
3.放入大腸快火拌炒香。<br />
4.小火加些水再蓋鍋悶煮。<br />
5.熟後鹽調味炒勻。<br />
6.倒些米酒提香。<br />
