洋蔥牛肉卷

<strong>主料:牛肉(肥瘦)300克<br />
輔料:洋蔥(白皮)100克 韭菜100克 大蒜20克<br />
調料:胡椒粉3克 鹽2克 橄欖油10克</strong><br />

做法:<br />
1<strong>. 洗淨韭菜切段,洋蔥切成細絲。<br />
2. 炒鍋將橄欖油燒熱,放入洋蔥絲、韭菜、蒜末,加調味料炒片刻,盛盤。<br />
3. 把牛肉片鋪於鍋上,用小火燒,將盛盤的熟料夾入牛肉片中捲起即可。</strong><br />
