  <strong>用料:肉餡適量,蛋清適量,面包糠適量,澱粉適量</strong><br />

  做法:<br />
  <strong>1. 將杏鮑菇與香菇切片焯水後挪出水分,切末,肉用刀剁成蓉。在肉蓉裡加入料酒,白胡椒粉,鹽,雞精,香油,生抽,攪拌均勻上勁,放入杏鮑菇香菇末和成肉餡。肉餡放冰箱冷凍,放冰箱時把肉餡抹平<br />
  2. 從冰箱拿出回溫20分鐘左右,用模具做成心形<br />
  3. 心形肉餡沾一層澱粉,沾一層蛋液,再沾一層面包糠<br />
  4. 起鍋油炸至金黃<br />
  5. 擺盤,用黃瓜裝飾即可</strong><br />
