肉丸子燴飯

<strong>主料:豬肉餡150克 牛肉餡150克<br />
輔料:西紅柿2個 洋蔥半個<br />
調料:食鹽1茶匙 蒜2瓣 料酒1/2湯匙 生抽1湯匙 番茄醬2湯匙 黑胡椒1/2茶匙 淡奶油1小塊 白糖1茶 匙水50毫升</strong><br />

肉丸子燴飯的做法<br />
<strong>1.需要牛肉餡和豬肉餡各一份1:1就好,把兩份肉餡放在案板上,再加上一些薑末,然後用刀邊剁,邊將兩份肉餡混合,增加肉餡的粘性<br />
2.在肉餡裡再加適量鹽調味,然後用手搓成一個個肉丸子<br />
3.西紅柿兩個,去皮,切塊,放在大碗裡,加2大匙罐裝的番茄醬,加一小匙白糖,一小匙料酒,兩小匙生抽,少許黑胡椒碎,一點點鹽,把它們攪勻<br />
4.取一隻湯鍋,先撒上一層洋蔥塊,再來是蒜末,再放進一塊黃油<br />
5.然後放入肉丸,最後澆上剛才調好的番茄醬汁,再加50毫升清水<br />
6.把湯鍋放在火上,煮滾後轉小火,略煮一會就好了</strong><br />
