薄荷牛肉粥

<strong>原料:米150克、牛肉片150克、枸杞25克、鮮薄荷葉20克。<br />
調料:雞粉5克、鹽10克、糖3克、薄荷汁5克、蔥花5克。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1.牛肉片用雞粉、鹽和糖醃製半小時。鮮薄荷葉洗淨備用。<br />
2.米洗淨後入砂鍋用純淨水浸泡30分鐘後上火,加開水至適合的量,煮開後放枸杞轉小火煮20分鐘。<br />
3.放牛肉片再煮10分鐘,放薄荷葉、鹽關火攪勻即成。</strong><br />

<strong>枸杞是乾的,所以要先放,以便煮出裡面的營養。牛肉片很好熟,所以要遵守最後10分鐘原則,以免煮老。<br />
