蒜蓉烤大蝦

<strong>原料:大蝦若干只、大蒜1頭、姜、蔥,紅椒若干,橄欖油1大匙、鹽、雞精、料酒適量</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1)蝦從背部入刀剖開,挑去蝦腸,撒上鹽、料酒醃製15分鐘<br />
2)將大蒜、蔥、姜、紅椒切成碎末,薑末、蒜末、蔥末混合,拌上橄欖油,和一點點鹽,雞精攪拌均勻,淋在大蝦身上,烤盤中鋪上鋁箔紙,放上醃製好的蝦<br />
3)烤箱預熱200℃,放入大蝦烤8-10分鐘,烤至焦黃色後拿出即可。</strong><br />
