  準備材料:<br />
  <strong>200克新鮮蠶豆,350克通心粉,1撮新鮮薄荷,特級初榨橄欖油,黑胡椒適量。</strong><br />

  做法很簡單:<br />
  <strong>1.把蠶豆放入水裡煮5分鐘,瀝乾,去殼。意面煮至軟硬適中。<br />
  2.取一口大鍋,倒入3勺橄欖油加熱,放入蠶豆,倒入3勺煮蠶豆的湯汁,加入撕碎的薄荷葉,一起翻炒。<br />
  3.入味後加入意面,撒上適量的鹽,用大火快速翻炒幾下,關火,撒上現磨的黑胡椒調味</strong>。<br />
<br />
  調味小秘訣:<br />
  <strong>準備一根蔥,切蔥花,煸炒一下後與蠶豆和薄荷一起翻炒,然後再放意面,香味更濃郁。</strong><br />
