<strong>主料:杏鮑菇300克 雞蛋黃2個<br />
調料:椒鹽1/2茶匙 植物油1.5湯匙</strong><br />

蛋煎杏鮑菇的做法<br />
<strong>1.杏鮑菇洗淨切片備用<br />
2.雞蛋黃打散備用(也可使用全蛋液來做,但成品色澤稍差一些)<br />
3.切好片的杏鮑菇沾滿蛋黃液<br />
4.不沾鍋倒入少許植物油燒至六成熱,下沾滿蛋黃液的杏鮑菇煎至兩面金黃,出鍋前撒椒鹽即可</strong><br />
