清蒸金針魷魚圈

配料:香蔥、生薑、蒜瓣、紅椒<br />
調料:食鹽1小勺、味極鮮醬油2大勺、醋1小勺、白糖1小勺、雞精少許<br />
<br />
製作過程:<br />
1、準備材料。<br />
2、魷魚洗淨,切成小圈,瀝一下水份。<br />
3、鍋中加熱少許油,放入切好的蔥、薑、蒜末中火煸香。<br />
4、撈出蔥、薑放入碗中,調入食鹽1小勺、味極鮮2大勺、醋1小勺、白糖1小勺、雞精少許拌勻備用。<br />
5、金針菇洗淨去掉根部鋪在盤底。<br />
6、再把魷魚圈鋪在上面,均勻地淋上料汁。<br />
7、放入開水鍋中,大火蒸約5分鐘至熟。<br />
8、移入要上桌的盤子裡,撒上切好的紅椒絲和香蔥段。<br />
9、澆上少許燒至冒煙的熱油即可。<br />
