糖果台式小烤腸

<strong>主料:餃子皮適量 香腸適量<br />
調料:色拉油適量 番茄沙司適量</strong><br />

糖果台式小烤腸的做法<br />
<strong>1.準備等量的餃子皮和小烤腸(餃子皮可稍作加工,過厚的話稍稍搟薄,面皮變干變硬的話,後面操作起來可抹一層水粘合)<br />
2.取一顆烤腸放在面皮中間<br />
3.把面皮上半部分翻下來,覆蓋住烤腸<br />
4.再把面皮下半部分翻上去,粘合起來<br />
5.在尾部一端沿著烤腸底部,像卷糖果紙一樣捲起來<br />
6.另一端同上操作<br />
7.糖果兩端可用叉子裝飾一些紋理效果,逐一做好後,把糖果間隔距離擺放在盤中<br />
8.鍋中倒入適量食用油,待油熱後,把糖果放入鍋中煎製<br />
9.外殼表面變成金黃色後,出鍋控油<br />
10.擺盤,蘸少許番茄沙司食用即可</strong><br />
