茄汁果味雞米

<strong>主料:asda雞胸肉100克<br />
輔料:西紅柿60克 蘋果30克<br />
調料:食鹽適量 蒜適量 水澱粉適量 番茄醬10克 白糖適量 橄欖油15克 小蔥適量</strong><br />

茄汁果味雞米的做法<br />
<strong>1.雞脯肉洗淨,去筋膜,切丁,加食鹽和水澱粉醃漬15分鐘<br />
2.番茄洗淨,去皮,切丁備用<br />
3.番茄醬加適量白糖和涼開水調成番茄汁;蘋果洗淨,去皮,切塊,備用<br />
4.炒鍋內倒入橄欖油燒熱,下雞丁滑炒至變色,盛出<br />
5.鍋內加少許橄欖油燒熱,放入蔥花和蒜末爆香<br />
6.放入切好的番茄稍炒,依次放入雞肉和蘋果用中火翻炒均勻<br />
7.炒至雞肉八分熟,放入調好的番茄汁炒勻至入味<br />
8.待雞肉熟透,加少許鹽調味即可</strong><br />
