豬皮(肉皮)、薑、酒、八角、水、香菜。<br />

料理作法:<br />
1.湯鍋放入豬皮、薑片煮。<br />
2.加入幾滴酒去腥煮熟。<br />
3.瀝幹後刮淨豬毛、豬油。<br />
4.再將豬皮切成條狀。<br />
5.放入新的煮沸湯鍋裡。<br />
6.加入八角、薑片煮。<br />
7.煮到豬皮膠粘狀。<br />
8.涼後倒入器皿中。<br />
9.再放冰箱冷藏 。<br />
10.食用切塊沾醬。 <br />
