<strong>用料:杏鮑菇,尖椒,芹菜,五花肉,生薑,大蒜,生抽,鹽,郫縣紅油豆瓣醬</strong><br />

五花肉爆炒杏鮑菇的做法<br />
<strong>1.準備材料<br />
2.大蒜切片,尖椒切圈圈<br />
3.五花肉買回家後可以冷凍起來,凍肉比較容易切薄片..但是肉塊有冰霜比較滑手,切的時候注意喲<br />
4.杏鮑菇從中間橫切2半,然後取其中一根杏鮑菇豎起來切片,薄厚相宜~太薄了會煮沒了..太厚了感覺不入味<br />
5.芹菜去葉子,根切段,比杏鮑菇片短一點點<br />
6.鍋裡少許油將杏鮑菇煎軟了<br />
7.少許油干煸五花肉,將肥肉的豬油逼出來<br />
8.將干煸好的五花肉推到旁邊,爆香姜蒜辣椒<br />
9.倒入杏鮑菇和芹菜翻炒<br />
10.加少許豆瓣醬<br />
11.加鹽,生抽,少許白糖提味<br />
12.翻炒片刻裝盤出鍋</strong><br />
