食材: 4 木耳 200g 金針菇 1包 嫩薑絲 80g 水 1/2杯 調味料: 5 蠔油 1.5大匙 糖 1小匙 烏醋 1大匙 米酒 1小匙 香油 1小匙&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

木耳切小片,金針菇切去根部洗淨,開水汆燙一遍 <br />

起油鍋,放進嫩薑絲炒香,再依續加入木耳和金針菇、半杯水、蠔油、糖、烏醋快速拌炒,起鍋前沿鍋邊熗下米酒,再滴下香油即可 </strong></strong></strong><br />
