茄汁燜豆角

<strong>原料:豆角,番茄,小蔥,青椒,生薑。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、各種菜清洗乾淨,蔥、青椒、生薑切片。<br />
2、番茄去皮切小塊,豆角洗淨掰成小段,瀝乾水分。<br />
3、炒鍋放適量油,油熱後下入青椒、蔥、生薑炒香。<br />
4、下入豆角翻炒一分鐘。<br />
5、加適量十三香炒勻。<br />
6、加少許花椒粉炒勻。<br />
7、滴入兩滴老抽和適量生抽炒勻,加少量水,加鍋蓋燜約五分鐘。<br />
8、下入番茄塊翻炒。<br />
9、加適量食鹽調味,翻炒。<br />
10、炒至番茄塊出紅汁,食鹽充分融化後即可關火出鍋。</strong><br />
