雞絲蔥油卷

<strong>主料:小麥麵粉300克,asda雞胸肉100克<br />
輔料:雞蛋1個,金針菇100克,胡蘿蔔半根,生菜1片,尖椒30克,西瓜皮50克<br />
調料:味精1/2茶匙,蔥80克,五香粉1/2茶匙,辣椒醬1湯匙,白糖1/2茶匙,白醋1/2湯匙,白胡椒粉1/2茶匙,植物油1湯匙,水適量</strong><br />

雞絲蔥油卷的做法<br />
<strong>1.大蔥切碎,鍋內放植物油燒至5成熱,放入大蔥熬成蔥油<br />
2.熬好的蔥油盛出來晾涼,加少許五香粉,適量鹽拌勻<br />
3.麵粉加稍微熱一點的水活成柔軟的麵糰,蓋濕布醒30分鐘,醒好的麵糰放案板上揉勻,搟成薄餅,抹上蔥油<br />
4.從面片的一端捲起來,切成大小合適的劑子<br />
5.劑子按扁成餅狀,用搟麵杖搟成薄餅<br />
6.平底鍋放少許油,放入蔥油餅烙熟,雞蛋打入碗中備用<br />
7.雞蛋打散,倒入平底鍋中攤成蛋皮<br />
8.金針菇焯水,撈出控淨水分,胡蘿蔔、尖椒、生菜、西瓜皮切細絲<br />
9.雞胸肉撕成細絲放入碗中,雞蛋皮切成細絲<br />
10.將胡蘿蔔絲、尖椒絲、生菜絲、雞胸肉絲、金針菇、蛋皮、西瓜皮絲統統放入碗中,加老乾媽辣醬<br />
11.加入白胡椒粉、味精、白糖、白醋<br />
12.拌勻,待用<br />
13.烙好的蔥油餅攤在案板上,放拌好的菜絲捲起來即可</strong><br />
