透抽1尾約270克 ~ 子薑80克切絲 ~ 蔥5根切段 ~ 蒜末少許,辣椒1根 ~ 米酒1大匙 ~ 豆油伯醬油1又1/3茶匙 ~ 海鹽1/4茶匙 ~ 黑胡椒少許,香油少許 ~ <br />

作法<br />

剝去透抽皮,開肚除去內臟後洗淨,粽橫切成花,在切成長條塊狀 <br />
2 <br />
起熱油鍋2大匙油爆香蔥白段,蒜末,辣椒,嫩薑絲 <br />
3 <br />
放入透抽大火快炒50秒,嗆鍋邊酒,淋鍋邊醬油,海鹽,黑胡椒,炒香約40秒 <br />
4 <br />
續放入蔥綠拌勻,起鍋前撒香油即可。</strong></strong></strong>
