絞肉 100g 桂竹筍 半斤 蔥 1根 <br />
調味料<br />
乾豆豉 1大匙 豆瓣醬 1大匙 糖 1小匙 醬油 少許 米酒 1大匙&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
乾豆豉先泡水洗淨再瀝乾水分備用鍋熱乾鍋將絞肉炒熟,隨個人喜好也可以加一匙油下去炒將出水的水份炒乾可以比較去除豬腥味 <br />
2 <br />
將豆豉下鍋一起爆炒出香氣 <br />
3 <br />
所有調味料一起下鍋炒出醬香 <br />
4 <br />
再將桂竹筍下鍋一起拌炒,加100cc水蓋上鍋蓋小火悶5-10分鐘即可起鍋起鍋前可以放上蔥花,也可以灑幾滴香油增加香氣</strong></strong></strong><br />
