粉蒸土豆

<strong>主料:土豆500克<br />
調料:食鹽適量,雞粉1茶匙,姜2片,蒜2粒,郫縣豆瓣醬1.5湯匙,花椒粉1茶匙,細香蔥2根,腐乳汁1湯匙,植物油2湯匙</strong><br />

粉蒸土豆的做法<br />
<strong>1.將土豆去皮,切成塊狀,然後用水洗去澱粉,防止變色<br />
2.香蔥洗淨切成蔥花,豆瓣醬剁細,生薑和大蒜切成沫<br />
3.把土豆瀝去水,加入豆瓣、生薑、香蔥、大蒜、花椒粉、腐乳汁、熟菜油、雞粉、適量鹽拌均勻,碼味20分鐘<br />
4.加入蒸肉米粉<br />
5.充分拌均勻,使每塊土豆都沾上米粉<br />
6.蒸籠底下鋪好菜葉,把沾了米粉的土豆進去,置入蒸鍋中火蒸35—40分鐘,至熟透</strong><br />
