  <strong>材料:豬肉餡1斤,,芝麻適量<br />
  調料:白糖2大勺,魚露2少,料酒2勺,生抽1勺,老抽半勺,黑胡椒粉適量,蜂蜜適量</strong><br />

  做法:<br />
  <strong>1:豬肉餡放白糖2大勺,魚露2少,料酒2勺,生抽1勺,老抽半勺,黑胡椒粉適量,芝麻適量,使勁攪拌均勻,上勁。<br />
  2:準備一張錫紙,在上面均勻的塗上薄薄一層油。<br />
  3:放上適量肉餡,上面蓋上保鮮膜,搟成薄厚均勻的一層。<br />
  4:撕開保鮮膜,上面刷上一層蜂蜜。<br />
  5:烤箱170度15分鐘左右,拿出翻面。<br />
  6:在另一面塗上一層蜂蜜,再入烤箱烤15分鐘左右,豬肉脯發乾即可。</strong><br />
<br />
  小貼士:<br />
  <strong>豬肉要買瘦的打成肉餡,不能買肥肉。<br />
  錫紙一定要刷油,不然會粘在上面拿不下來。<br />
  芝麻可以摻在肉餡裡,也可以撒在上面,我覺得摻裡面更好。<br />
  糖不要吝嗇放,甜一點才好吃。</strong><br />
